A fairly new entrant in the intelligent phone market, the Samsung SGH i560 has had mixed reactions. Before we start listing the benefits of some of the features of the phone, we can take a good look at the unusual metal finish of the phone which does have the standard Samsung slider functionality making it quite large and slightly cumbersome to use singlehandedly. The slider function however is quite smooth and you can enjoy a fairly well-spaced keypad which gives users comfortable usage when messaging.
There is no major area in which the Samsung SGH i560 specializes in. It has a fairly average camera, a good but copy-cat user interface of Nokia can make some users a bit confused. It is difficult to recommend this phone for anyone reason since the camera, call quality, battery life and longevity of the phone all remained average and does not offer any new exciting feature which Samsung can crow about.
On a scale of one to ten, I would award the Samsung SGH a five on ten and most of the points are based on the fairly good slider function and not many from the point of what is inside the phone. Not recommended for anyone who is looking for a fashionable phone and definitely not for those looking for a work horse. What you might buy the Samsung i560 is if you want to view the Symbian OS on a Samsung phone (rare situation, I would think). Since the phone is not highly recommended, it makes little sense to even mention or discuss the pricing of the phone which is stuck in the middle rung.
