Philips unveiled new versions of its widely popular mobile phone Philips Xenium 9 @ 9q, as a special offering for the holiday season. The newly-announced models are called Dragon and Phoenix, and the exquisite drawings featured by the shell are rather meant to turn the device into a stylish accessory.
In addition, the phone also comes with a discreet external display that has been added on both of its flip sides, which have been designed so as to offer users an easy way of checking out information like unread messages, missed calls, as well as remaining battery power.
The low-to-mid-range Philips Xenium 9 @ 9q Dragon model has also been equipped with indicator icons on the outside of the top flip. These indicators are meant to inform the user of any new SMS messages as well as of incoming and missed calls, and they can also indicate the level of battery power.
