The Soundwalk speaker vest is powered by two AAA batteries and has two speakers tucked into the shoulder pads, an ideal place because of the proximity to the ears providing best quality sound, while leaving the user aware of his/her surroundings. Also present is a front pocket to house your favorite mp3 player, connecting directly to the shoulder speakers.
The Soundwalk speaker vest is now available in Europe and on some online sites at £39.99 (approx. $55), but beware of the severe drop in style points that you might experience once you take the plunge.
